How do I order?
Ordering from Keeping Me & Co. is easy! Just follow these simple steps to make sure we have everything we need to create your custom order. 💕
1. Choose Your Quantity
Make sure you select the correct quantity for the item you’re ordering.
Some are bulk orders meaning if you pick 25 magnets, the quantity would be 1 not 25. however if you want 3 magnets you would hit 1 and quantity 3. If you’re unsure which quantity to choose, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order!
2. Upload Your Photos
For custom photo products, upload the photos you’d like us to use with your order. Please make sure your photos are clear and high-quality so we can create the best possible finished product.
If you're ordering multiple items with different photos, please make it clear which photo goes with which item, you can clarify in the "order special instructions".
3. Tell Us Your Customization Details
During checkout, use the "order special instructions" to tell us anything specific you'd like us to know about your order.
This is the perfect place to include things like:
- Specific colors or designs
- Names, dates, or wording
- Which photo goes with which item
- Placement preferences
- Special requests
- Anything you'd like changed or left out
The more details you give us, the better we can bring your vision to life!
4. Let Us Know About Social Media
We love sharing the creations we make for our customers! 📸
During checkout, please let us know whether we may use your finished order on our social media or website.
If you'd rather keep your order private, that's completely okay! Just hit the "No, please don't" button.
5. Review & Place Your Order
Before submitting your order, double-check your quantity, photos, customization details, and order notes to make sure everything is correct.
Once your order is placed, we'll take it from there and start creating something made just for you! 💕
What types of photos work best?
For the best results, we recommend clear, well-lit photos with your subject in focus. Photos taken in natural lighting and with minimal blur tend to work best. Higher-quality images will generally produce a better finished product, but don’t worry if your photo isn’t perfect — we’ll do our best to make it work!
Can you edit my photo?
Yes! Upon request, we can make basic adjustments to help your photo look its best, such as cropping, resizing, or removing unnecessary background elements when appropriate. If your photo requires any of these adjustments, more extensive editing, or you have a specific request in mind, please reach out to us before ordering so we can let you know what’s possible!
Can I use professional photographs?
Of course, but customers should only submit photos or artwork they own or have permission to use.
Can you create something not shown on the website?
Absolutely! Custom ideas keep things fun! Send us a message and let’s work together to create exactly what you want!
Shipping
How long does it take to make my order?
We estimate 3-5 business days for processing. During busy seasons and periods of high order volume, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience as we carefully create each order!
What if my item arrives damaged?
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the item and the shipping packaging.
We’ll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error on our part.
Can I rush my order?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current order volume and the size of your order. Please contact us before placing your order with the order details and delivery deadline, and we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate your timeline. Additional rush or expedited shipping fees may apply!

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
